Today was just like yesterday in the mission office; busy, Busy, BUSY! Later when we got home and went to the “Dominican Fiesta Hotel” gym to do our regular workout I noticed the hotel was back to normal. Yesterday when we went to do our workout the place was abuzz with activity. There was even a team of men attaching a long red carpet up the stairs to the entrance of the hotel. But today all of the National Police where gone, the truck loads of the Dominican Army with assault rifles were gone and all of the TV satellite trucks were gone. So today I asked the door attendant what all the fuss was yesterday at the hotel. He told me that the President of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, was here for talks with the President of the DR, Pres. Leonel.
