The first day of a new year and a new beginning. A day to celebrate and be with family & friends, a day to relax and enjoy a game of football! But what did we do today? (Well, we have never had TV so there has never been a way to watch football) Hna. Johnson and I spent the whole day cleaning our apartment in preparation for departure. We packed up just about everything for storage in the office until the new office couple comes in April. We also packed our own personal things and we even have two suitcases completely packed.

Hna. Johnson also spent the late afternoon packing a dozen boxes for mailing home. They must be less than four pounds each to be shipped by regular airmail. If they are one ounce over 4 pounds they must be sent “Express Mail” and the postage is triple the price.
