This afternoon we got to see and talk to Nathan, Valerie and the kids on the webcam. Since last week they have all been battling the flu. At the doctor’s office they were told they all have the “Swine Flu” (H1N1) that the national media was so afraid of last spring. Well, it looks like everyone has it now and it isn’t the “Pandemic” they thought it was going to be. You just have to let it run its course like every other strain of flu.

This afternoon was extra busy for the office Elders and the AP’s who were on the road till late in the evening. Elder Dixon is usually left in the office with Hna. Johnson and I but tonight when we were ready to go home he had no companion. So, Hna Johnson and I took him home with us because we couldn’t leave him alone. He didn’t complain though, Hna. Johnson prepared a huge dinner with bread, salad and spaghetti and meat balls, the works. It was delicious! The AP’s didn’t arrive to pick up Elder Dixon until 9:00pm. They didn’t complain though, there was lots of salad and spaghetti and meat balls left for them too. Mmmm Goood! Hna. Johnson’s cooking is starting to get a reputation with the missionaries.
