On our usual week end trips to “El Campo” I’ve been stopping at roadside vendors and buying the freshest, ripest, sweetest mangos I’ve ever eaten. I’ve been slicing them to have with our meals as well as juicing them. They are really good. I’m not sure what I’ll do when Mango season is over at the end of the month. Maybe find anot her fruit to take its place until next year.
