Pam and I arrived a little early for Sacrament meeting in Neyba this morning. The meeting never starts until about 15 after the hour DST (Dominican Standard Time). Even then most of the members don’t arrive until about half past the hour DSP (Dominican Standard Practice).
This morning after the meeting had started a family cam e in. The two youngest daughters came running up to the front row where Hna. Johnson was sitting and gave her a handful of flowers they had picked by the side of the road on their way to church. You should have seen Hna. Johnson beam with pleasure as she received the flowers. Later, when Hna. Johnson stood to bear her testimony she thanked to two little girl in Spanish. She did a very good job.
